The city’s public meetings list shows a special City Council meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 6:30 pm. Regular council meetings are on the second and fourth Tuesdays, so this one is outside that schedule.

A post in Living in Bastrop County, passing along a Lost Pines Watch note, says the agenda includes data-center zoning and a resolution asking the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for a public hearing on the Pacifico air permit. The same post links the agenda packet on the city’s meeting site.
