Buffalo Wild Wings files for a Sendero build-out

State papers put a 4,659-square-foot renovation on SH 71, with work penciled from December into late January.

Buffalo Wild Wings is aiming at Sendero, the mixed-use stretch along SH 71 in Bastrop. Community Impact’s read of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and TABC filings shows a $250,000 renovation of a 4,659-square-foot space, with construction listed from Dec. 7, 2026, through Jan. 29, 2027.

The filing covers HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. Timelines on state papers move. An opening date is not the same as a ribbon-cutting until the company posts one.
